The gaming floor operates around the clock, 24 hours in each day. Every day, the live tables operate from 12 pm until 6 am. That makes an 18-hour table day, from noon to 6 am the next morning. Between 6 am and noon the floor stays open, but the live tables do not run.
Upstairs, the Raceway Lounge on the 2nd floor belongs to the Western Fair District, not the casino, and keeps its own clock. It opens Monday to Wednesday from 5 pm to 11 pm, and Thursday to Sunday from 11:30 am to 11 pm. It may close earlier, depending on that day's simulcast schedule. The casino does not publish its own holiday hours, so a call to 519-672-5394 before a holiday visit is the check.

There are 18 live table games at the casino, and 7 games are named for them. Blackjack comes with Blazing 7s Progressive and Perfect Pairs. Ultimate Texas Hold'em, Roulette, Mississippi Stud Poker, Free Bet Blackjack, Bahama Mama and Mini Baccarat (RUYI) make up the remaining named games. No poker room appears on the list.
Electronic table games and slot machines take up the floor beside the live tables. The casino has put out more than one slot machine count, and those figures disagree with each other, so Figure Ground leaves the slot count out entirely.

The casino occupies the 1st floor of the Main Building on the Western Fair District fairgrounds. Three floors are named for visitors: the casino on the 1st, the Raceway Lounge on the 2nd and the Top of the Fair Restaurant on the 3rd. After a 27-month renovation, the building grew from 70,000 to 84,000 square feet. On June 23, 2026, the casino took a new name: Cascades Casino London.
Rectory Street holds the main entrance to the grounds, and all parking there is free. Coming along Highway 401 from the east, the exit to take is Highbury Avenue. The grounds are served by London Transit routes 7 Wavell, 2 Dundas and 20 Cherry Hill.
