01Where to call, text or enrol

• ConnexOntario: phone 1-866-531-2600, text CONNEX to 247247, or chat live at connexontario.ca. The service costs nothing, stays confidential and is available 24/7.
• 988: the Suicide Crisis Helpline takes calls 24/7 at 988 from anyone in crisis.
• For an enrolled person, every Ontario casino stays closed under OLG's My PlayBreak self-exclusion program, for 3 months, 6 months, or a chosen term of 1 to 5 years. Three routes lead to enrolment: calling 1-800-387-0098, the OLG Support Centre line, asking staff on the floor, or visiting a PlaySmart Centre.
• Through BetGuard (betguard.ca), a service operated by iGaming Ontario, a person can bar themselves from all of Ontario's regulated online gaming sites, OLG.ca included. The ban lasts 1 year, 5 years or 6 months, or as long as the person decides; it does not extend to land-based casinos.

02Set the limit before going in

The casino floor at 900 King Street never closes; it runs through all 24 hours. Table play covers 18 hours daily: live tables open at 12 pm and close at 6 am. Nothing on that schedule marks the end of a night, so the end has to be chosen in advance. Set an amount and a stop time before going through the door, and leave when either one is reached. Under Ontario's Gaming Control Act, 1992, only guests aged 19 or older may enter.
